Hi, I'm Shannon Goodrich — founder of Solyra Rooted Solutions, online business manager, operations strategist, and intuitive guide. I built Solyra because I know firsthand what it costs to pour your gifts into something that doesn't honor them back. I've always been drawn to helping people see themselves and their businesses more clearly — and to building the practical foundations that make their visions real.

With over ten years in leadership positions I have built and led teams, facilitated detailed training programs, maintained operational efficiency, mastered conflict resolution techniques and fine tuned my communication, strategic thinking and emotional intelligence skills. More recently I've worked directly with small business owners — building their brand, creating their systems, writing their documentation, and helping them establish the standards their business needed to grow professionally and sustainably.

I understand what it feels like to carry a business largely on your own. To be the one who sees every gap, fills every role, and somehow keeps everything moving despite the chaos. That's exactly why I do this work — because you shouldn't have to do it alone.

Solyra means guiding light. The name carries a quiet promise — to illuminate, to guide, to help you find your way back to yourself and your purpose. Rooted honors the foundation beneath everything: the unseen work that holds it all up. Together they are what Solyra is — light above, roots below, and growth in everything between. The name also carries a private tribute to someone beloved to me whose memory lives on in the foundation of everything built here.
